He's a very energetic dog, will listen to some commands, and it's always excited to meet everyone. He has been displaying signs of aggression towards our younger children, nipping at, but never breaking skin. That combined with military housing and schedules, don't make for any time to be spent with him. I'm trying everything I can to not have to take him somewhere to put him at risk of being euthanized, but every option I've attempted has been unsuccessful.
