Meet Lily, a young, playful, and engaging pup with a heart full of love! Lily's journey began when she was picked up by animal control, facing the risk of euthanasia due to shelter overcrowding. Thankfully, GSRA stepped in to give her the chance at a wonderful life.

Despite her rough start, Lily seems to have already lived the inside life. She is housebroken, displays good manners, and settles well after playtime. Friendly and affectionate, Lily charms everyone she meets.

Currently, Lily shares her home with two other dogs. She is appropriately respectful with the senior dog and enjoys playful companionship with the young dog.

While Lily will benefit from additional training, she's off to a great start. She walks fairly well on a leash, sits before meals, takes corrections well, and is eager to please. Lily quickly bonds with her family and is very treat-motivated, making training a breeze.

Lily thrives with another playful dog or an owner who can provide her with adequate exercise and playtime. After playtime, she's content to chew on a Benebone/Nylabone or relax near her people. She's a medium-energy dog who adores toys. She has a special fondness for relocating toys, often preferring to move toys from the upstairs to the downstairs, and vice versa.

While Lily hasn't been tested with cats, she could likely live with a dog-savvy cat if she has another dog for company.
