MIRKA ~5 months old. Good with dogs and older, considerate kids. Cats TBD. Needs a fenced yard and a companion animal.

ATTENTION: Sweet baby Mirka is now available and looking for her forever family. She’s a fun-loving high-energy girl with a GORGEOUS soft sable coat. She’s currently living with large and small dogs, both male and female. She’s house trained, crate trained, and currently working on proper leash manners, she rides well in the car but is nervous getting in and sometimes needs to be lifted. She will likely be a big girl (65-75lbs) she’s currently 43lbs at less than 6 months of age. She’s already tall and lanky and still has plenty of growing to do. She likes to play fetch and does well bringing the ball back to you. She also loves to play chase with her foster siblings and show them she’s just as fast as the “big dogs”.
Mirka does well settling in the house with a chew toy. She sleeps through the night and is comfortable going up and down a flight of stairs. If you’re looking for a dog to do some type of training program – she’s your girl. High food motivation, ball drive and prey drive. Mirka would do best with a playful companion, preferably male since she’s too young to determine if she will be a dominant female as an adult. She’s a typical Velcro sheppie girl and wants to be with you, but does not appear to have any separation anxiety and is learning to calmly wait if she can’t follow you out of a room.
We are working on her puppy manners but currently she does still jump up and mouth so no small children. She’s a lovely girl who will thrive with structure and discipline as she enters her teenage phase. Come see her soon, she’s sure to be popular with her movie star good looks.
