This is Desi! Desi is a very sweet and energetic German Shepherd puppy that is approximately four months old. She found herself at a rural Shelter after she was discovered tied to a tree.
Desi is a very beautiful bicolor. Her ears are outgrowing the rest of her body at this point but I think as she matures everything will even out!
Desi is very outgoing and very confident! She’s a very smart dog and has already demonstrated some ball drive. Desi is going to need a owner or family that will engage her and give her a job. She is not going to be content just being a couch potato. She is very focused on her people and wants a lot of attention, and she also wants something to do. She’s got the greatest little smile, and a good willingness to please. She is extremely food motivated!
Desi enjoys playing with other dogs, and her enthusiasm knows no boundaries! She’s quite a rambunctious and rough-and-tumble player. She would probably do better with a dog that will be her size or larger when she’s grown. Desi rides well in the car, and she also crate trained.
We are still fine-tuning the house breaking. She’s a puppy. She is very good about going outside, but needs to be let outside every 3 to 4 hours. Desi will need a home with a fenced yard...she has a lot of energy and needs to run and play.
Desi is a very fun girl who’s going to be a gorgeous adult! She is going to make a great addition to some lucky family that will put the time and effort into working with her on training and engaging her mind and body! She’s a super smart little girl. Come meet her soon.
