Are you looking for a playful, loving boy? Well, let me introduce you to Colt.   He is approx. 18 months and just a big loveable, goofy fellow.  He loves being with his family (human and canine).  This boy loves to cuddle and enjoys all the attention you want to give.  He loves being outside, running around, playing, going for walks, and exploring new things.  This boy also loves the water.  He rides well in the car. I believe would do well as a running partner, but I personally have not tried that out. Lol. He loves playing with his canine sister and will sometimes stalk her when playing. He is an active boy but also knows how to settle down. He is a typical pup and is a little mouthy but is doing a lot better.

Colt has free reign 24/7 in the house with my pup and has done very well. He has picked up a shoe a couple of times and moved it but has never destroyed it. He is house-broken. He does well with dogs and indoor cats. He knows some basic commands and is learning nicely but will benefit from some continued training.

Colt was found by a good Samaritan. He picked Colt up after being abandoned in the middle of nowhere.  They took him to the vet and found out that he had been shot by buckshot sometime in his young life. :-( They took care of him and gave him a home until GSRA was able to bring him into the rescue.

Colt is a sweet, loving, playful boy.  He would do well with a home that has a fenced yard and a playful companion so he can run and play. He would love an active family that loves to walk and go on adventures. I haven't had him around children but with his personality, I believe he would do okay with older considerate children. However, because of his mouthiness, it is best that he doesn't go to a home with small children.

So, do you think this handsome boy might be what you are looking for?
