Tyr is a long-haired GSD who was recently surrendered to his dog trainer by his owner. He was trained over a year ago and is off leash as well as on leash trained. Adopters will be provided all his training tools that came with his training program from his previous owner and taught how to use them properly as well as how to continue his training. His training program was through The Dog Wizard and the trainer that is currently fostering him has made sure to do a tune up with him. Things he knows:

Heel
Sit
Down
Come
Place
Off
Leave it
Muzzle trained
Potty trained
Kennel trained

He is awesome with people of all sizes; he was raised with two girls under 5 years old and got along great with all members of the family. He can be around other pets, but his trainer encourages muzzle use during those times as he is still an awkward socializer with other animals. He is very smart, loves going on road trips, hikes, walking. He loves chewing on an ox horn. He also gives the sweetest kisses and loves tummy rubs!
