JOSIE ~ 10 months old. Good with cats and older, considerate kids. Dogs TBD.

GSRA adopts to residents of VA, NC, and SC only.

Josie was taken to the shelter as a stray. She was found alongside a road. Her companion had been hit and she wouldn’t leave his side. AC took her to the shelter and her life began to improve from there.

She is a little shy with humans initially but then bonds and is like a glue stick. She loves playing with other dogs and is overall submissive and not aggressive when playful.

She enjoys playing in the pool, going for rides and running through the woods.

PLEASE NOTE: It is GSRA policy that we do not adopt dogs under the age of 1 year to families with children under the age of 8 years old.
