BANDIT ~1 year old. Good with kids and dogs. Cats TBD. Needs a large fenced yard.
GSRA adopts to residents of VA, NC, and SC only
My name is Bandit, and I am a stunning Dutch German Shepherd. A slight variation from the traditional German Shepherd. I am a young fellow of approximately one year of age, and I am close to 70 pounds.
As you can see from my pictures, I have a short and red and black brindle coat. This is the traditional markings of a Dutch shepherd. True to my breed, I have a very strong working drive. I am obsessed with playing ball or stick. I am also an avid fan of tug with a big rope! I can run and fetch for as long as you can throw it. I do need a lot of exercise, so a family with a large yard and some time to spend playing with me every day is a must! I am very athletic and fast and nimble. I am also very smart and am sure that I would excel in any job that you would care to train me for.
I am a very well-rounded boy and love all people and all dogs! I’m a very happy fellow. I’m very affectionate, and I also love comfortable things. I love to hop up on the couch and will sleep in the bed if you let me. I am crate trained and housebroken. My foster mom says I’m one of the best dogs she has ever fostered.
I am always up for adventure! I love to go for walks and I love to see new things and I am not apprehensive or nervous about anything!
If you think I might be a fit for your family come meet me soon, my foster mom says I’m going to be very popular.
Please note, a fenced yard is a must! Looking forward to meeting you soon! Mr. Bandit
