Daisy is the daughter of Angus, who we posted information about in our other listing. While we know that her being younger probably makes her easier to adopt alone, we know that Daisy would probably like to be with her father. We understand that this might not be possible, but we want to mention it.
About Daisy; Daisy is from the first litter of pups from Angus and his mate, Leila. While we can't tell you if she was the first or the last, she was the one my boyfriend's parents kept because she was the smallest. Unlike Angus though, she lived inside for a small period before she was moved outside. They had intended on training her, but they never got around to it - so she is full of puppy energy and just plain goofy. She doesn't have any medical records that we were able to find, but we will keep looking and are willing to give any medical information that we have from her mother to help with identifying any possible passed down genetic problems. Daisy is small for a German shepherd, and we aren't sure if she will grow anymore; she’s almost more like a medium sized dog instead of the large size of her parents. Between the two shepherds, we find Daisy to be hyper and active, and mostly not used to things outside her pen. We believe she deserves a lot of attention and needs to be spoiled, as well as trained. It has always been hard seeing her grow up in the pen and we think it’s time for her to be given a chance to live like a real pet.
She doesn't show interest in toys or playing, and we aren't sure if this is due to Angus not sharing his toys or if she just wasn't played with any as a puppy before being put outside. She does loves to run and with some training, we believe she would make a great running partner. She gets very submissive whenever she has a leash on, and she will tend to lay down whenever she realizes that you’ve put her leash on. This behavior can probably we worked on, but we have only walked her on a leash a few times. We hope someone can also see the large amount of charm that our tiny Daisy has and make her a part of their family. Daisy is a pure breed German shepherd and her mother was AKC registered. Please feel free to ask questions.
