BILLY ~2 years old. Good with seniors/elderly and dogs. Kids and cats TBD.

Billy is an adorable fellow and is as sweet as they come. Billy has a gentle nature and loves being with you. He loves to cuddle up with you on the couch and enjoys a belly rub or two. He loves attention but isn’t overly pushy for it. Billy is friendly with people and other dogs but is also a little insecure. When he gets nervous, he will gently jump on you for a hug for reassurance. He has gotten so much better with that but it’s still a work in progress.

Billy enjoys going for walks and is a dream on a leash. He rides well in the car but seems a bit unsure when he gets in at the house but is fine once he’s in and will jump in/out where you go. Billy gets along with other dogs and is on the submissive side. He would do best with a calm, lower key dog. He has free reign of the house 24/7 with the other dogs and does very well.

Billy would love to find a family who has lots of love to give because this sweet boy has lots to give his family. He would do well with another dog that is calm and laid back or a senior pup. He will not do well with high energy dogs. He would do well as an only dog if someone was home a lot. He hasn’t been tested with cats yet but didn’t show any interest in them when the shelter took him in the cat room.
