Hello! My name is Logan. I LOVE life! I am a happy boy who wants to experience EVERYTHING! I was living on the streets a little while back…it was not fun and sort of scary! I got taken to jail- but my “guards” were great- when they were there. They did not spend enough time with me, even though I made them laugh. I was lucky that this nice lady came to see a “sheppie” but she thought she could help me too (I made her laugh- it is my super-power). I have gone to a couple of different homes since then and everyone has been nice. But this place is pretty great- I have a foster brother and sister who are “sheppies”, but they’re pretty cool. Best thing every- my foster dad works from home and we go to the office every day together! I get to watch him ALL day!
I am looking for where I can love my own people! I promise to make you laugh!

Foster parents: We don’t know much about Logan’s background. I suspect he ended up being on the streets because he was looking for his people. He is heartworm negative and very used to being in the house. We are working on manners because he acts like a puppy in many ways- too much licking with an occasional nip, being so excited that he can’t hold a sit, he thinks coming when called is a suggestion not a command. He is learning these things pretty quickly, but he needs work. Logan does have hip dysplasia on x-ray but I don’t think anyone has told him! He runs and plays like a very young dog- no signs of pain or hesitancy. Logan really just wants to be with people. He will play with our dogs- but really just wants to play with us, or cuddle with us. His favorite place to lay is on the ottoman if someone is in the chair.
Logan would be a good companion for someone who has time for him and wants to laugh. One of the funniest things I saw him do is pick up an 8 lb dumbbell and carry it around- didn’t chew on it, just carried it. Guess he wanted to do some weight training there were 3 or 4 toys around him.
