ZORRO ~1-2 years old. Good with female dogs. Kids TBD. Not good with cats or male dogs. GSRA adopts to residents of VA, NC, and SC only Hello world! Zorro the wonder dog is coming at you! I am a fun loving and goof boy in search of a family of my very own! Not much is known about my past, I was picked up as a stray. I am about 1-2 years old, and weigh about 65 pounds. I have a very handsome sable coat, and a really unique facial mask. My foster mom says it makes me look quite striking, and also enhances my huge smile. I am a young and excitable boy. I have a lot of puppy behaviors. I love to play, and am quite a wiggly guy when you try to pet me. I love attention! I have been working on trying to learn some manners. I know how to sit now, and am getting much better at calming down before I come back into the house. I love to play, and have a good bit of energy. I would love a home with someone who is a runner or hiker. I would also love a playful female companion close to my size. (Foster mom thinks I have prey drive, so no small dogs or kitties please). I get a bit "puffy" around male dogs, so a female 4 legged friend would be preferred. I am very people friendly! When I first came to rescue I had a habit of jumping up on people with excitement. I am learning that this is not appropriate behavior! I am doing much better. However, because of my size and enthusiasm, mom thinks I should not be placed in a home with small children. (I might accidentally knock them over). Older children are fine! I am crate trained and housebroken. I am just starting my life and would love a family who will be committed to training with me and allowing me to develop into a very well mannered boy. I have a strong desire to please, and am quite food motivated. So what do you think?? Am I the one for you?? If so, come and meet me soon!
