CODY is a handsome male black/tan German Shepherd. He is tall, with a calm, dignified presence. CODY is a wonderful, loyal, well-mannered companion. He is up to date on vaccinations and flea/tick/heartworm preventative, microchipped. All vet records will be available. He is a very sweet dog who will thrive with a forever home with GSD experience, especially if he can be adopted along with his best buddy, Karma. (She is a 1-year old spayed female, black GSD mix.) Karma has been with CODY all her life, they have a bond. CODY watches out for Karma, but she bosses him around. According to his owners, “CODY has the patience of a saint.”
Their story: CODY and Karma’s owners have to permanently move to assisted living due to serious health problems. They are worried sick about their well loved “babies”. I am a family friend with rescue experience helping to place these dogs. Please contact me if you are interested in adopting CODY (and hopefully, Karma too!) REQUIRED: Indoors only, fenced yard, vet references/home visit, adoption contract STRONGLY PREFERRED: GSD experience, located within 75 miles of Alamance County, NC (distance is irrelevant for the right home!)
