Hey there, my name is Axel.   I’ll be 3 years old on April 15th. I’m a happy and fun guy who loves to play ball.  Once I get my exercise I love to cuddle with my peoples.  I know all my basic commands like sit, down and stay. I love to learn new things and I’m a very fast learner! No challenge to learn new things is too hard for me.   I would be a great agility dog or walking companion.  Hikes sound like fun stuff for me.
 
I’m good with well behaved kids over 10 years old. I like female dogs, they are very nice to me and we like to play together.  I can be a bit rough in my play style but I am not mean.  Male dogs don’t really like me so no homes with male dogs for me.  I would like a sister to have adventures with or I could just be a solo dog and have my peoples as my pack.   I DO NOT like cats so no homes with cats, PLEASE!  
 
I am up to date on shots on monthly heart worm preventative and will be neutered very soon (prior to adoption). I am also crate trained and trained to walk like a gentleman on a Gentle Leader. I’m a great dog looking for a great home.   Are you that special family?
