He is a very shy and lovable puppy. He is potty trained, and he is trained to sit for treats and his food. He is very scared of cats, so it would be best to put him in a home with dog friendly cats. He likes swimming and doesn't beg for food unless he can hear that it crunches. He is very calm which makes him a great inside dog. Also he cannot be tied outside because his past owners did that and every time he would get tangled up to where he almost lost his legs and almost strangled himself. He's the sweetest and will make your family much brighter!
