Hey Everyone! My name is Arlo and I am the sweetest boy you will ever meet once you get to know me. I love to cuddle, play with my toys and go on long walks/runs. Did I mention how well I walk on a leash? I may need guidance if I see small animals roaming around but I promise I will listen to you about not chasing after them. I am always up for learning new things and will impress you with just how intelligent I am. I have the best house manners possible for a guy my age and will show you daily just how great I am! especially if you leave me a peanut butter kong every once in a while :) I know that my crate is a good place but I do not need to be left in there.

From Foster Mom: Arlo is simply an amazing boy with so much potential. When he first got out of the shelter he was very scared. He was unsure of everything. However,with some love and guidance, he has come out of his shell and is acting like the puppy he was always meant to be. As Arlo comes out of his shell more and more his fears and insecurities are also coming out. He is very unsure of new people and dogs. He is particularly fearful of men. When he is introduced slowly though, he is a total love big and adorably goofy. But he needs guidance in meeting new people and dogs so that he only has good experiences at this point in his young life.

We are looking for a Home that can give him regular exposure to new people and dogs, he wants so badly wants to be a part of things. Even though he may never be a 'Dog Park' type dog, we do think he could be very happy with the right companion animal. He just needs to practice his social skills and learn the right way to interact.
