German Shepherd Dog / Mixed (medium coat) : : Female (spayed) : : Young
TESS ~ 5 months old. Good with older considerate children, dogs and cats. Needs a companion animal. GSRA adopts to residents of VA, NC, and SC only. Tess is 4.5- 5 month old blonde Shepherd mix that was found roaming as the streets as a stray and brought to the shelter. She spent about a month in the shelter where she quickly bonded with the staff and they were adamant that she find the perfect placement and ta da.... German Shepherd Rescue and Adoption to the rescue for this little fireball. She is full of life, sweetness and energy. She would love to find a home with another dog who she is able to romp and play with throughout the day. She does like her rest too. When she goes out for the night she sleeps hard. Perfect little companion that will play hard when given the chance but also take nice long naps in-between. She is crate and house trained. She has a little bit of a shoe fetish - so keep your shoes out of reach. She is looking for a family to snuggle upon. It is GSRA policy that we do not adopt dogs under the age of 1 year old to families with children under the age of 8 years old.
