German Shepherd Dog : : Female (spayed)

~17 months old. Not good with dogs and cats. Kids TBD.

Hope is a sweet and very smart dog. Her mom is a black GSD, and her dad is a standard GSD. Both are from a working line. No papers because an accidental mating before her mom's hips were certified. Up-to-date on all shots and treatments. Hope is incredibly active, and never seems to run out of steam. She weighs 75 pounds. She is very protective, but is fine with strangers after she is "introduced". We are very early in the socialization process with other dogs. This needs more work. We have been able to walk her outside the dog park fence and get her to eventually sniff noses with other dogs. She is very cautious, but we have noticed there are some dogs she just doesn't like. We have not seen her interact with children. We have not socialized her with cats or other small animals.
