Sonya is a stunningly beautiful bi-colored GSD. If there was one word to describe her it would be ‘happy, happy, happy’. She loves attention but is never pushy for it. And talk about belly rubs, Love It!!! When she sits in front of you enjoying a scratch behind the ears or a nice pat on the head, she will pick up her paw to let you know her belly is wide open and ready for a rub. And did someone say playful, well let me tell you that she can give my 15 month old foster pup a run for her money. They love playing together. I love to watch her chase the pup because she looks like she is prancing after her instead of running. Now don't let that worry you none because she knows how to relax with the best of them. She loves playing with toys and seems to really enjoy the squeaky ones. She gets along well with her foster fur-brother and fur-sister and enjoys playing with the other dogs especially the younger pup.
When it’s time to go for a walk, you will be looking at one happy girl. She enjoys getting out and exploring. And if you happen to run across a mud puddle, you can almost bet this girl will have to walk through it. You know there is nothing better than mud oozing between the toes. Oh, did I mention that the she enjoys water. And never fear, if you want to go for a ride and want a loving fur-baby to go with you. She rides well in the car. Sonya is a very loving loyal girl that loves to spend time with her humans. She is a little cautious when meeting new people but is a gem once she warms up. She is well-mannered, housebroken and does very well when left to free roam the house with the other dogs. She knows a few basic commands and walks well on a leash.
Sonya is an alpha female and has a prey drive. So she would do best in a home without small dogs or cats. She would do well in a home with other dogs that are submissive.
So what do you think, is this stunning girl the one you’ve been looking for?
