I'm currently fostering a German Shepard named Oden who I rescued out of a van where he had been left for 20 days without food or water. He lived the first few years of his life in the van with his homeless owner and has since gained 30pds since we started fostering.
Oden is between 4-5 yrs. Old, neutered, up to date on vaccines and given a clean bill of health by our local vet. He absolutely adores playing with toys and going hiking, two things that were brand new to him. He is very loving, has a moderate energy level (loves to run & play fetch), and would do best in a home that can continue to get him daily exercise. He is very well-behaved and wants to please his foster family
He is not good with cats and would do best in a home without other dogs or with a foster family who is experienced in socializing dogs. We are located in Baltimore, MD and are open to transporting Oden out of state for his forever home.
