Pris was found wandering in our neighborhood with a male corgi mix on Feb 28th. My husband and I have tried to locate the owner, but have had no success. We have two nine year old male pit bulls that have always gotten along fine, but when we introduced Pris to them they decided to fight over her so we can not keep her. Pris is a very sweet happy girl, and seems to love every dog and person she meets. She was house trained and already knew how to sit when she came to us. She is very smart and affectionate, comes running when you call her and loves to sit for a cookie. She needs a little practice on the leash but does very well for a beginner, and is still in the chewing puppy phase so she needs chew toys to keep her occupied. Pris has not been introduced to cats or children, so I am unsure of how she does with them. I think she would enjoy playing with older children, but is still just a baby and loves to run and play so she might knock a smal l child over. Pris has an appointment to be spayed (if she hasn't been already) and vet checked on the 18th of March. She has such a loving wonderful spirit, and I would hate to see her overlooked in the shelter because she has outgrown the cute puppy phase. I am unsure of her weight at this point but I am estimating her to be about 40+ lbs.
