CALI ~5 years old.  Good with older considerate children and dogs.  Not good with cats.  Needs a companion animal.

Cali is a petite gal with a charming personality. She is very much an independent thinker and is very self possessed. She likes to watch and figure out what is going on before jumping into new situations. She has a sweet personality, but is a quiet girl, not a lot of barking or vocalizing. She appreciates being with a person and enjoys doing whatever her person is doing. She is good with other dogs provided they have good dog social skills, and is currently fostered in a home with a senior dog. She came to her foster home carrying a bit of extra weight, and has been taking long walks, going on hikes and trying some jogging to help get her girlish figure back.

Cali would do best in an home that would continue to give her a good amount of exercise, she does better in quieter, calmer environments. She seems to appreciate a more relaxed home. That being said, she is good with older children. She is a great "companion" type of dog, very unobtrusive, but likes to be where you are and do whatever you are doing. With her smaller size, it should be easy to find her a deserving forever home!
