German Shepherd Dog : : Male : : Adult

Date Posted: 9/27/2012 These two white German Shepherds belonged to my father who passed away unexpectedly last week. Neither myself nor my siblings are in a position to provide homes to them. My father always kept them chained outside so their socialization skills are probably very lacking. Angel the mother is between 6-8 years old and does well when off the chain and comes when called. I truly believe she would adjust well to a new environment and Jake her son who is 2 years younger than her, basically follows her lead when they are off chain. Jake however is less social. I really hope for someone in the country with no pets or children to take them in. Given time and patience and attention, I believe they could both adjust to becoming very loving companions. I know they are up to date on Rabies vaccinations, I do not know however if they have been spayed or neutered (I haven't studied Jake close enough to notice). My siblings and myself are all animal lovers and do not want to see Angel or Jake go to the pound despite their need for social training. Please Help! PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS NOT A GSRA DOG.
