Date Posted: 05/03/2012 CIELLA is a purebred German Shepherd in north Florida, rescued by individual from a situation where she was horribly neglected and confined alone. Her rescuer can not keep her, and her time is running out. She is now healthy, but cannot stand the heat and molds in Florida, and desperately needs a home further north. CIELLA is a joyful, exuberant dog that is always ready to run and play. She is well socialized, loves people and other dogs. CIELLA has a sweet and gentle temperament and will make someone a good companion, and she is an excellent watch dog too. Although seven years old, she is not a senior dog- she is high energy and athletic. Extremely intelligent, she is a fast learner. CIELLA is completely trained - worked with private trainer for almost 2 years-and even works as a therapy dog. Please help Ciella get out of the intense heat of Florida which irritates her skin and suffers especially in summers. She deserves and desperately ne eds a foster home or forever home now. Caretaker will provide medical records and expenses for transport.( Ciella is up to date on shots, heartworm negative and parasite free). PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS NOT A GSRA DOG.
