Date Posted: 8-15-11 GREAT dog. Joy actually belongs to my brother and his wife. She is a vet tech and "rescued" Joy and her sister Jazz (and two other siblings) after someone abandoned them in a box outside the clinic where she works. The other three siblings were placed in homes. My brother's wife just found out she is expecting their first child in January. Unfortunately, she can no longer foster Joy and finances/space do not make long-term adoption an option. Joy is fixed, microchipped and up-to-date on all shots. If you live in the Charlotte area, there's a very good chance continued care for Joy could be arranged. (to save you money.) I am helping them find Joy a loving, caring home.
