Update 01/16/12 Tyson is a dog that can make you laugh with his antics. He is very responsive to training, eager to learn and gives a great “high five” when he wants his cookies. Tyson loves to fetch the ball and run with his foster sister, but he does not need unusual amounts of exercise. Tyson is still a pup and needs to have an avenue to channel his need to chew and dig in the yard if he smells something good in the ground. Having a canine sibling would ease his transition to his forever home and would be a great outlet for his energy. Tyson loves to ride in the car,his trips to the dog park and playing with all his friends. Tyson is a love to have in the home, but he can be shy at times with strangers and does get nervous around children. Tyson has made great progress in improving his social skills, but he would do better in a home without children. Tyson needs to continue to learn to become totally comfortable with the quick movements, excitement and squeals of little ones. The best forever home for Tyson would be a quiet household, no children and a doggie friend to play with. If you are looking for a medium sized dog that loves to cuddle, wants to be close to his master and will make you laugh then Tyson is the dog for you. 08/04/ 2011 Meet Tyson, another one of Jada’s puppies and the feisty one of the bunch. Tyson was named after Mike Tyson the boxer because when he was little he was the trouble maker, always wanting to wrestle his foster mom and his brothers and sister. Well, that’s changed a bit as he’s gotten older but the name stuck. Tyson has been raised with big dogs and cats since he was 3 days old and he thinks they are all there for his enjoyment. Tyson is crate and house trained. He’s learned to sit for his dinner and to wait before going outside.
