Lainey is a happy, well adjusted GSD puppy of about 5 months old. She was rescued by a good samaritan who found her on the side of a busy highway! She's gung-ho and ready to take on the world. She's a quick learner and is starting to master potty training, crate training, and leash walking. She loves playing with the dog buddies in her foster home and hasn't quite figured out the cat yet. She just sits and watches her to try and figure out what she's all about. Her human sis is teaching how to behave appropriately with the little humans and is doing well learning not to jump or mouth on little hands! She's learned "sit" and "wait" super quick because that's what's required to get dinner! She's working on "down" and "come" next.

Lainey is your typical GSD puppy! She's fun, cuddly, and full of energy. She's eager to learn and is smart as a whip! But...you better stay on your toes...she's determined to convince you that she's smarter than you, so be ready to be a good pack leader for her. She'll thank you for it later!

Lainey would LOVE a home where she can be with her family a lot because she LOVES to be near you. She would do fine in a home where her family was gone during the workday as long as you're ready to play and burn her energy when you get home! She needs stimulation and mental challenges so she focuses her GSD brain on positive things instead of finding ways to keep herself busy..she usually won't pick the right activities! She would do excellent in a basic obedience class with her new owner.

Lainey is such a FUN FUN girl. She takes on new challenges and new situations with gusto and will always be there to make you laugh. She's super cuddly and will probably consider herself a forever lap dog.... no matter how big she gets.
