Very sweet, well mannered young (5-6 months?) female German Shepherd, tan & black, found in Charlotte Saturday, Aug. 21st near busy road. Pretty sure she was abandonded, as she stayed in the playground of the building I was working in for 5 hours without going anywhere. Looked like she was waiting for them to come back to get her.
