Vida is looking for her forever home!
If you (or someone you know) are looking for the SWEETEST but tough as nails little puppy, Vida is your gal! Pet home, not a working prospect. 16 weeks old (3/3/2023) 31 lbs Micro chipped, UTD on vaccines & preventatives Potty & crate trained (will have accidents if not on a schedule) Dog friendly & Kid Friendly Being fostered in Raleigh, NC Vida is the sweetest and funniest little girl with the perfect amount of energy. She loves to play, romp around and chew his toys but will she will put herself down for a nap on her own. She is very loving and affectionate with her foster moms. She does very well in her crate and can sleep through most of the night! If she needs to potty, she will get restless then cry to be let outside! She still has all her puppy teeth so that means her love bites are sharp! She still likes to mouth and nibble you. She will stop when told, but will come back for more so he will need guidance and training to prevent issues as she matures. Vida will get excitable toward people and children before meeting them and seeing them at a distance. With proper introductions and four paws on the ground, she has loved everyone he’s met. Vida loves to be out in the yard and finding sticks to carry around! She chases leaves that blow in the wind and runs after flying bug. She LOVES a toy. Vida is still a puppy so will need continued guidance on proper play, as she can be a little bit much for a dog that doesn’t want to play 24/7. She is learning proper play and communication from her adult housemates and from the help of his foster parents. She listens when she tells her to “leave it” when the play becomes too rough. With more time and exposure she will be the perfect play companion for another dog! Vida is learning how to sit, how to walk nicely on a leash and learning basic obedience. She’s very smart and easily trainable. We have implemented a lot of structure and training in his routine and they think that she would greatly benefit from continued structure to adjust best to his new environment! She is a curious, confident puppy that is very impressionable, and we think he’d do well in most homes but prefer GSD experience. If you would like to add Vida to your family, please reach out to me for more information.
