Meet Misty! GSRA took in MISTY as an emergency case. She was surrendered to the shelter with a radius and ulna fracture. After surgical repair and rehab, she is ready to find her forever home. Misty is a medium energy dog that would do best in a household that can continue her training and that will give her the exercise a one year old dog needs. A family without young children is best because she still jumps up and can be mouthy at times.

Misty is friendly toward humans, is non-reactive in public, settles easily and loves riding in the car and swimming. She is totally crate trained, about 90% housebroken, and great with large and small dogs, and cats. She will be an excellent hiking and travel buddy.
