German Shepherd Dog (medium coat) : : Female (spayed) : : Medium
AMELIA ~6 years old. Good with kids, dogs, and cats. GSRA adopts to residents of VA, NC, SC Amelia is a sweet, about 6 yr old female. She is good all around--good with cats, dogs large and small, male and female, but she will stand up for herself if challenged. She is not that submissive. Amelia likes to go outside and explore the yard with the pack. So many interesting things to smell outside! She likes to ride in the car and will hop in the front seat and look all around as we travel anywhere with her. She is housetrained and crate trained but she can be left out of crate with no problems. Old enough to not chew or get into things when left alone. She has a loving personality and will come to you for ear rubs and petting when she sees an opportunity for attention. Treat time is a special time to her, with Jumbones a favored nightly treat. She likes to eat and will check the other dogs' bowls when they are finished eating if we don't pick them up soon enough, but she is not food aggressive at all. She likes attention, and likes to be with her people. She is not a girl to go running with, but she is a great girl to go on a leisurely walk around the neighborhood.
