Foster Diary
Kendra is a returning GSD alumnus to the Rescue Group. She was not a good fit with her adoptive family & was returned after two years and is again searching for her special home.
She is a beautiful foxy lady, 3-4 years old. Her tri-color coat with wisps and tuffs of long flowing hair make her a rather stunning GSD. Kendra is medium size, about 60 lbs., and is pure energy. She is in good health & has been kept on a regular schedule with vet visits & vaccines and has no health issues. Kendra is spayed and micro-chipped, and ready to go. Her inquisitive personality keeps her on the go at all times. She loves to run, swim, and take walks. Kendra will behave on leash with a confident handler. She is crate trained; house broke & knows basic commands. Kendra is possessive with her toys around other dogs, and becomes jealous of other dogs when they get attention. It is because of this that we think she would enjoy being in a home where she is in the spotlight & the only pet. She is living with 3 other GSD’s & a couple cats at our home. Kendra demonstrates a high prey drive making quick moving cats a target. Kendra is a beautiful GSD that draws attention everywhere she goes! She is aloof when she first meets you, but that is a normal trait for GSD’s, once she feels comfortable with you she is full of kisses. Given the proper attention and time Kendra should mature into a great GSD. If you’re looking
